Our Diversity Fellowship program is open to all ages and candidates from different racial, gender, and religious backgrounds, as well as those who identify as LGBTQIA+, have a disability, and veterans, or those with military experience.

Where progress and perspective collide to help you navigate and experience agency life to the fullest, you’ll work on a capstone presentation about a DEI&B topic that sparks your interest and will share the project with the agency at the end of your term.
